24HOURS CURFEW IN KAFANCHAN WHEN WAS IT IMPOSED?

The announced curfew in Kafanchan today brought to my mind these lines of the British Poet's

"Elegy Written in a Country Churchyard"

The curfew tolls the knell of parting day,
The lowing herd winds slowly o'er the Lea,
The plowman homeward plods his weary way,
And leaves the world to darkness and to me.
