THERAPY FOR A HAPPY DAY


Your ability to to have a happy day is never determined my the number of challenges you meet or did not meet today, rather it is determined by the number of challenges you you are able to overcome today.
E.g
A nagging woman,
An unfaithful spouse,
A bad driver,
A bad cyclists and Tricyclist,
A wrong accusation,
A disregard to your person,
The betrayal of a friend,
Gossip from friends,
The sickness or death of a love one,
The bad prizing of commodities,
A bad comment on your Facebook wall, e.t.c

Always remember the three Jubalian rules for a happy day:

1. Smile.
2. Wave.
3. Walk away.

Life is a result of Causal forces, as sex cause pregnancy, pregnancy causes a Babby and the babies of today causes a future society.
Your challenges are the causal forces for your happiness. They cause you to feel your worth just as a warrior is tested by the number of battles he had fought so are you tested a hero or heroine tomorrow by the number of challenges you overcome today.

When challenges come, change them into blessings, the ones you cannot change accept them but be more wise in knowing their difference and you would have simply Smiled, waved and walked away a hero from your challenges today.
